Where can i locate the Blower Motor Resistor in my Nissan Sunny 2003 Model ? It is stuck on level 3 and would not work on the lower levels even when i am changing the rerulator. Is it the resistor?

Yes, should be a fault with the resistor.
We don't have any information on your vehicle but the resistor should be somewhere near the blower motor, plugged into the housing as it requires air flow to keep it from overheating .
