Do u think a lot would b different some want to make me a deal on a 2010 engine with only 7000 miles on it do I was hoping to install it in my 03 Altima any answers would be appreciated

I have to be honest, in 7 years time, there will be differences. We only recommend direct fit parts because we know people will run into trouble. If it is the same engine size, you could most likely make it work, but sensors locations, types... will be different.
