Run belt over all the pullies except for the ones easiest to access and use a tool to push the tensioner and slip the belt over the last pulley.
After installation, release the tensioner. Get a good grip of the tensioner and push it again while you gently roll the belt over the pullies, this would ensure the belt is seated correctly.
