engine lightt on and turbo not cutting in , had it tested and advised that the boost sensor needed changing . have done this but no improvement . have checked all hoses and look fine but have noticed that there is no vacuum at the VGA . and the arm dos not move . is it supposed to ??? should i change the solinoid ? or am i missing something simple ???
