It could be a fault with the window switches, motor or regulator. Testing have to be carried out to determin which is at fault. Remove the door panel and disconnect the motor wore connector. Apply battery voltage to one terminal and ground the other. Reverse the polarity and if motor works correctly, you have a fault in the wiring or switches.

Ensure the power button at master switch had not been turned off.
