why does the blower motor does not change speed?
I noticed that my car was heating up unexpectedly. i checked coolant level and i replaced thermostat. however the car keeps heating up so i noticed that the fan blower motor was not blowing enough air like it was supposed to. why could this problem be?the fan operates a very low speed which is weird because i have seen it before operating at higher speeds. i replaced the relays but the problem persists. please help
