Do I have a rear window washer on my 2003 Mini Cooper S?

I purchased this vehicle used and I am wondering if all 2003 Mini Cooper S vehicles have a rear window washer. The lever on the steering wheel indicates that there is one. The pump motor makes noise when I twist it to the "on" position but no fluid comes out in the rear window area. The fluid comes out fine when I activate the front windshield washer (I do not have headlamp washers). The manual couldn't be more vague.
