Yes, first your mercedes takes 7.9 quarts of 5w-30 full synthetic MST which is a full synthetic that meets foreign emissions standards. Get you car up on some ramps or jacked up and remove the skid plate that protects the underside of the engine. Next remove your oil filterhousing with a medium sized strap wrench. I believe yours has a replaceable paper element inside a plastic housing. replace the filter and the gasket around the housing. drain the oil, reinstall the plug and add oil. once it is full and oil filter is tight start the car and run for 2 min checking for leaks around the filter. hoped th.is helped let me know
