had leaking oil pan .got that fax then got a leak in timing belt cover .now leaking out of head gasket .I think there is a pressure problem could someone let me know what it is

If the head gasket is leaking, that is a problem. It will need replaced. As far as a pressure problem, check and make sure the PCV valve is working properly.

Leak is moving . I fix the leak in one spot start in another spot. Then another .

Check the PCV. It may be plugged.

It is designed to suck out the pressure in the crankcase. so in theory, it could.
