My Lexus RX 300 2003 High beam headlights are not working. High beam indicator comes on in instrument panel when the handle push forward or reverse but the High beam headlights do not turn on. Day time running lights (Are same high beam bulbs) works fine. I have checked all the fuses but no luck. Any help will be appreciate.

Does the car have HID headlights? If so, your ballast/ignitors/connectors could be shot.

Both high beams fail to come on when I pull the stalk even though the high-beam indicator on the instrument panel lights up. I looked at the fuses but didn't see one for both high beams, just individual lights. All of them seemed fine.

Hello pmyeic check the 50 amp. main fuse. if it good, check the head lamp relay (sending the diagram to your email)

Hello pmyeic The headlight relay is under plastic screwed down cover behind fuses. Look like this:
