What does code C1223 beyond the printed ABS control system malfunction

it is a sensor code. as we said before, they need to be cleared to see if they return from your dyno experience. was this done yet?

C1223 ABS system fault.

Yes the dealership cleared the codes and they have come back. In fact, the dealership has cleared the codes three times. The smog place said they hooked the car up to the Dyno but did not run it on the Dyno; they used the TSI method of smog testing. However, I cannot see why they would hook it up to the Dyno, not run the Dyno, then my car suddenly experiences problems associated with placing all wheel drive vehicles on the dyno. I am so frustrated and confused. All of this for what was supposed to be a simple smog inspection. :/
