is there a plastic cover around the cd player ? is it separate from radio or the same? if same remove snap cover carefully use the removal tools you should have in your glove box and remove cd. if you don;t have the tool radio shack can get them. remember removing it could cause it to lock and dealer would have to unlock with a code.
