Hard shift code PO113 cooling fan on. I put the air temperature sensor on “ no help”. TPS sensor replaced “no help”.
When I remove the code car runs and shifts fine, but no AC. It will do fine for about fifteen miles the back to the hard shift comes back and cooling fans’s come on and the AC starts working again. All wires have been checked and plugs. So now what do I do?

Hi Tim,

When you clear a code, it is fine for fifteen miles, then A/C starts working again? So the A/C has been on but it takes fifteen miles for the compressor to engage and for system to get cold?

Hello,

I have seen this problem before. What happens is the PCM is having an issue which gets reset and flips flops the problem for one to another. I would try a used PCM to see what happens. Here is the location.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken

Got a PCN cannot find the one on the car. It is not behind the glove box or behind the passenger side shocks tower or under the intake or behind the driver side shock tower or under the air filter box or under or behind the battery. I have looked for this thing all day and still have not found it. I know what it looks like got one in my hand but cannot find the thing. So does the 2.2 control the transmission from the ECM or is there a PCM hind somewhere in this car? 2003 Saturn L200.

Okay, got a ECM. Now I cannot find anyone that can flash it. It has a security lock on it. This is the third one I have tried and everyone has the lock. I have called all the GM dealers and no one can do one that far but. So anybody got a clue what I can do now? I am out of ideas.

Most shops now have the capability to flash the ECM. Should cost about $130.00.
