Valve is burnt

I was told the valves is burnt. i want to know if it will damage the engine and the effect it bring on the car

How do I replace it or should I just put a head on it?

Good afternoon,

The engine performance will be restricted from burnt valves. The longer you drive it, the worse it will run.

It would be better to replace the head with a remanufactured head.
