Car dies and acts like not getting fuel

I have a 2003 kia spectras manual shift. I came to a stop something made a popping sound in engine,car died. Now it turns over but acts like it is not getting fuel

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and check the valve and ignitiion timing-
