my car is a KIA spectra 2003 a couple of months ago it started loosing power going up hills and moving slower, then it started revving up every time i pressed harder in the gas peddle so i readjusted the timing belt and changed the spark plugs and put a new throttle positioning sensor in but still now luck today i tightened the throttle cable and that didn't seam to work so im asking you guys what you think.....
