Hi I have a 2003 Kia Sorento it died on me coming home the other night it won't star the code reader said Kia code-p0740 torque converter clutch solenoid circuit how do I fix it and where is it located thanks

The TCC won't prevent it from starting. Are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?
