passenger electric door lock will not unlock

On my Kia Optima, and I cannot open the door. Any suggestions on how to get it to unlock? The electric lock will unlock every door but the front passenger door.

check for a loose connection/broken wire or if door lock is getting power at all. It sounds like the lock actuator has gone out.
