2003 Kia Carens Car not moving straight

Have change the shocks and the shaft. But when driving the car draws to the right . I have sent it for alignment but still the problem is therei check the height of both right and left and found out that the righ is a bit higher than he left but the same tires. Pls what could be the problem

Some cars today are built with some key alignment adjustments missing, so you're stuck with what you have. We can identify that if you can post the final values for "camber", "caster", and "toe" from the alignment printout.

When the alignment numbers are good, a pull to one side can be caused by a dragging brake, or more commonly by a tire pull. To find a tire pull, switch the two front tires side-to-side. If the car pulls the other way, you can switch the two left tires front-to-rear, then the right ones, to figure out which tire is causing the pull. That only works when one tire is at fault. Also, sometimes when the problem tire is put on the other side OR on the rear, the pull will be gone. When that happens, it's usually okay to just leave it there, and don't rotate them after that.
