2003 Jeep Laredo Air not blowing

My jeep only blows air on the dash vent the defrost which makes it foggy and cannotdrive, I have replaced the actuatur. All the lines are connected. What can I do??

check for a vacuum leak and make sure actuator is getting vacuum. it may be the control has a leak an d not sending to vacuum motor. make sure linkage was hooked up correctly
