All of a sudden, I think due to cooler weather in FL. I am getting a pretty loud rattle from the dash board area. The jag forum mentions it being the defrost vent , but on a different model. I wanted to take off the vent cover which runs the length of the top of the dash board. There is a ball / round object in the middle of the vent cover. I am guessing that there may be a fastner under the ball, but I don't want to force anything, who knows it could be a sensor.
