Not cranking over

2003 International 4200, VT 365. Will not start. Turn key-nothing. Dash lights up, but nothing happens when I try to start it. Wait to start light does not stay on either. Has good batteries. Came in with erratic charging and died on road twice. Any and all help would be wonderful. Thanks for your time. Keith (Beacon Auto)

It sounds like you have a starter that has gone out but to be sure let's run a simple test which is to test for power at the small trigger wire going to the battery.
