rattling sound when i start the car?

there is a rattling sound coming from the engine.
its on top of the serpentine belt.
its inside where the small chain's location?

how to fix this! help me

The only way to find out what's rattling in there behind the front cover is to open it up and investigate something could be loose and fixing to let go-could be a chain guide etc-

yes its inside where the chain is. is there anyway i could fix that my self i know how to fix cars.
or i have to go to the dealer to do that
