is this car worth it? high mileage

Hi thier is an 03 infiniti g35 im looking at, the body has 172000 miles, and the engine and tranny were replaced three yrs ago. wondering if its worth the investment$7000, and what should i look for when lookin at the car, type of questions tht i should ask, and things that i need/ should replace Thanks Andy

look at eh general condition of the car. if the engine was replaced 3 yrs ago ask why? if it sounds like a lame excuse it probably is and means the car wasn't well taken care of. look at the engine oil as well as trans oil. see if they look clean or dirty. Brown would be the color if dirty trans oil. look at the battery and see if it's covered in dirt, etc. look at the air filter and genereal condition fo theinterior. if you decide to buy it then have the brakes checked as well as shocks. Oh and make sure everything works, because if the air doesn't or a heat problem automatic temp control can run into big bucks to fix it.
