If you're talking about when at idle and won't go into any gear, but goes in gear while engine is off-Best check if the clutch cover is torque to specs I did this last month with a Nissan P/U hard body -

did you replace the disc, plate and bearing?? did you bleed the system??

I bleed it and it will go into 1 and 2 and hesitate when gping into 3 and goes in 4 but won't go in 5th at all and makes a noise when trying to go in 5th like its grinding and it will go into R so I don't know what's wrong and I replaced the whole clutch

New clutch assembly-time to degut the transmission for inspection-who knows could be a snchronizers problem
