my car isn't starting. the temperature is -40 degrees celsius. yesterday when i tried starting it, the radio and clock came on, but when i went to turn the key, all of the lights flickered in it very quickly and then stopped. i tried using booster cables with a different car and that didn't work. i plugged it in overnight and it has been twenty four hours with still nothing. What can i do to get my car started again?

battery most likely froze at that temp. you need a new battery to start. it will never come back by charging it.
