i have a 2003 hyundai santa fe awd v6 and i need to know if it has front and rear tie rods or just front tie rods

only in the front on the tie rod ends.there is no listing for the rears.

There are strut rods for the rear but no tie rods, please check out the diagrams of both the front and rear suspension and front steering to see the components. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
