my machanic messed my engine's block by putting in inserts now the engine can not be talked could u pls advice me what to do as i can not affort a new block at the moment

What kind of inserts are you talking about? What was wrong to start with that it needed these inserts and why is it now the mechanic's fault they were needed? If inserts of some type are available for this application, why does installing them "mess up the block"? What do you mean by "messed up"?
