What are the Ohm readings for IAC? and ISC

For hyundai and Mitsubishi IAC is known as ISC.

Maesure resistance between ISC actuator terminals No. 1 and 2 (component side), and between ISC actuator connector terminals No. 2 and 3 (component side).

Resistance should be 10-14 ohms at 68°F (20°C).
