Door Lock Mechanism is only working when the key in the ignition is turned to ON.
This happened after I removed the radio.
Cars affected: '03 Elantra, 02 Lancer
I suspect it's a wiring problem, just can't tell where.
In both, the after market radio receives power when I connect the battery wire, accessory and ground it, but the radio does't light up.
The radio only lights up when the accessory an batter wire from the car contact each other. When the wires contact i when the clock on the car works and the door locks work.
Another issue in one of the cars, the remote unlock button does't work after radio removal.
Please Advice.
