Why, does this car only get 14mpg?

I've tuned this car up to where it has nothing more to tune,but, like I asked
yesterday, it shifts in and out of gear a lot,don't know if it's shifting in the transmission, or it's the pass gear, can you tell me why? or tell me what
to do to fix this gas guzzler,I didn't recieve a straight answer from yesterday when I donated,so how about today, can you help me,I would be great-
ful, this thing is killing me.
