2003 Accent
Code P1403
I assume it is the DMTL system.
With car running I have these voltages at connector.
Pin 1 - 4.2v
Pin 2 - 0 v ( I assume this is the ground?)
Pin 3 - 3.6
Pin 4 - 14.2v
Is there anyway to test the DMTL itself?

i attached a flow chart for you.

0 volts means that circuit is grounded i am concerned the pcm may be grounding it without being called for.

check the chart first

wire colors. look close for the colors
