Cold heater

I have a 2003 Hummer H2. Heat come out of passenger side vents only. Cold air only, coming out of drivers side vents. I live in Canada,and drive like this in the winters. Please help....

checkto seeif your actuators are getting power. they are on tehheater and control air/heat. to each side of the truck. the pic i'm ataching is a general thing but will give you an idea of what to look at.
