What is the code 15-01 faulty opds means

I'm trying to reset the air bag light with scanner and turns back on and a code 15-01 faulty OPDS shows

air bags shold be handled by professionals. your code means it'snot gettting powr to the right side sensor. you can't remove the code because there is a special tool that you need to do this. have a pro do this.
