Headlight warning and dome lights don't come on

They are functions of the multifunction switch which turns on your headlights and acts as a turnsignal. When you turn it all the way past the lgihts on, it should feel like it clicks and the dome light should come on. The high beams, not sure what you mean by headlight warning, come on when you pull back on the switch.
