a\c fan blows part time

my a\c fan control is blowing very erattic. if u turn the fan speed on high it might not bloe but very low. you can turn off the car and crank it back up and it will then blow on high but will soon go back to low.

Do lower speeds work ? if yes suspect blower motor controler under right side dash

No there is no middle speeds. Very low or wide open. If it's set on high
