1)While driving down the road, lights blink on and off?
a)Check:Door jam switches all good and tight

2)Power door locks do not operate with key or interior lock switch?
a)Fuse's and circuit breaker seem OK
b)Can hear side sliding door lock working on and off while driving down the road...

check the door lock relay behind the right kick panel for the side door and check to make sure circuit breaker in ip fuse box is ok and not knocking off.
