2003 GMC Envoy Seized spark plug

Scan tool reads misfire cylinder 6. This is the one that is up under the cowl on my 2003 Gmc Envoy SLE 4.2l. The plug is rusted in there pretty good. Any suggestions on how to get that thing out without breaking it?

If you actually have rust on a spark plug, then you have water/coolant leaking back there.
Soak it down with penetrating oil overnight before removing it and make sure you use a spark plug socket.

Thanks for the reply. I soaked it over night in PB and got an extended spark plug wrench. Finally got it loose!
