Front-end noise

I hear a grind/rubbing noise in the front of my vehicle when I go over a speed bump or curb. The noise is very bad when I am turning hard left. I replaced the brakes and shocks a month ago. The vehicle is not in four wheel drive when this happens and hubs are not manual. The ball joints seem to be in great shape . No excessive play in the front axle. The grease boot is dry rotted on tie rod ends and ball joints. Neither have grease fittings. What or where should I look next and how?

I had this problem as well, the hubs were both bad. All set. I love this site.
