can u solder the starter terminal if broken off while tightening duriing replacement?

You can do this if you want to, but I would suggest just getting a new wire loop terminal at a parts store and just cutting the wire back and soldering the new end on it.

Basically, if you just put a new terminal on it then you can connect it back the proper way.
