2003 windstar - tc and check engine light on

Hi - 2003 Ford Windstar 85K, traction control light and check engine light comes on when you accelerate then stays on. Had it scanned - Code is c1095. Ford dealer says Abs pump with computer replacement, $1500 + labor...ouch. Are there any other checks that I could do to confirm that replacement is not the only option - Thanks in advance.

What they told you is correct. However, there is a test to check for sure. I have attached the test sequence, but it will require a scanner that can read these codes. I hope it helps.
