CurrentlyTrouble Code PO136 This code came up when using my Actron Pocket Scanner. The (PO136) was the only code that was found with the scanner. I did clear the code, which will likely come back on when I drive the car tomorrow. From what I can see this is
Engine Light came on.
I then cleared the code to see if comes on tomorrow again.

We have driving this car to work 2 days now (40 miles roundtrip each day) and the engine light did not come back on for the PO136 code. Why would that be?

Most likely o2s is on verge of failure, and under the right circumstances the the readings that the sensor were giving the ecm were under or above the the specified parameters and turned your check engine light on, Wait untill code comes back, then replace 02s.
