scuff marks on bumper and cig holes on roof fabric

hello is there any cheap solutions to get scuff marks off of my bumper?/? and also the person i bought the car from smoked there 5 or so cigarette burns on the roof of the car fabric?thanks

As far as the burns, there is no easy fix. The scuffs can be buffed out with polishing compound if they are not too deep.
