2003 Ford Mondeo Engine judder???

2003 TDCI Auto. Between 45 and 55mph get a judder at holding speed. Fine on acceleration and deceleration. However holding speed between those speed start a judder. Have replace boost pipe. Cleaned EGR thoroughly
Replaced air filter and fuel filter. And cleaned MAF sensor. Running out of ideas guys???

No as I don't have the diagnostic. There is no engine light etc.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Sometimes the check engine light does not come on but trouble codes are present. I would sugggest starting with a check for trouble codes.
