PCV location and how to replace

Pcv valve on one end what is the part on the other end? It looks like a little electric motor with two hose connections a wire harness plug on top and a single wire connection on the side. The pcv hose connection on this part is snapped and thus vacuum leak. So what's the name of the part and how do I replace it?

Here is the information you requested. I've attached pictures steps below showing how to remove and replace the PCV valve including its location on your Ford Focus.
