obd not ready

2003 ford focas vtech motor 2.3l took to inspection, failed, pcm or obd not ready. last time this happened i had pcm reprogramed at hammonton ford. there not there now so i took to hollman and they said they never heard of that, to drive , it will reset. it didn't the last time. is it possiable to reprogram the pcm?? thank you.

The monitors aren't ready because someone cleared the computer or the battery went dead, clearing the memory. Now the drive has to be driven until the computer has opportunity to test every scenario that it needs to and then the monitors will be reset.
