HELP! Is this a car worth buying for $3100 at this mileage??

I am buying ford focus 2003 with 160k mileage for 3100. I want to know if i should be worried about the transmission with such high mileage and if fords still function well with this level of mileage on it. Your help is greatly appreciated!

you need to see the history from carfax. depends on the care it had and all the services.

get a shop to check it front to back and discuss the results of the evaluation.

the price sounds high for the mileage
