sputters and runs rough while driving

My 2003 ford focus 2.0 L the number 2 cylinder is not working it sputters and runs rough while driving i replaced the fuel ingector and wires and spark plugs but its still the same no change in the motor what is wrong

it sputters and runs rough i have replaced wires sparkpugs and fuel ingecters checked for vacumum leaks and still the same thing
