will not crank

we dont' have info for t his car , but check the battery first and it sholdh ave 12.4 volts minimum with a digitial vom.then check for blown fuses and there should be a starter relay in the underhood fuse box.if all else is good then take ahammer and hit the starter body , if the car cranks then the starter is bad. also have the battery load tested.
