how to replace a slave cylinder on Ford F250 6.0 diesel 4 wheel drive. Specifically how to remove the existing cylinder in order to install the new one?

Note master and slave are replaced as unit

The dealer may sell it as a unit but they are readily available separately in the aftermarket.
